Chantal uses research and evaluation to help individuals and organizations make strategic, data-driven decisions that center the experiences of individuals and communities. For the past ten years, she has worked with academic and non-profit institutions to answer questions about child health and development, mental health and substance use, school health, teacher well-being and retention, and health equity. She is a data viz enthusiast, a voracious reader, and an artist. Chantal earned her MPH at Yale School of Public Health and her BA in Linguistics at Cornell University.
